Yorkshire Pipe Freezing is a Sheffield-based pipe freezing and line stopping company for commercial and industrial work. We started the business because we enjoy the practical side of working on live systems that need sorting without any fuss. Since 2014, our team has picked up over a decade of hands-on experience dealing with pipework in factories, hospitals, and schools. We work with plumbing, mechanical and engineering contractors who need to isolate live pipework without draining the whole system. Based in Sheffield, we specialise in liquid nitrogen pipe freezing, line stopping, and emergency call-outs for pipes ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inch. Typical work includes valve changes, repairs, alterations, and planned shutdown support. We cover the whole of Yorkshire including Leeds, York, Doncaster, Barnsley, and Rotherham, as well as Manchester and the rest of the UK. We take a straight-talking, honest approach and hold all the right cards including CSCS, IPAF, City & Guilds and Gas Safe.
